Seriously, though, from what I'm told you can actually get a very efficient cycle going. Start at Al'tabim, then hit Goda, Mumta, Progenitus, Ku'lai, and the Haywire Construct in that order. Between the distances between the mobs, the rate that they die, and the respawn timers, by the time you get back to the spawn point of the first one you'll usually only have a few minutes to wait before they're up again. On Feathermoon, at least, I frequently see mobs of people just doing circuits of the island killing rares in a chain.
