I think one of the reasons I never even tried joining any 40 man raids when they were around was because of the screenshots people had posted showing a bajillion raid frames and such.

Yeah, I ended up getting a better mod for healing, ended up sorting people by who had lost the most health etc and I set it up to show only people who had gone below a certain amount of health, since I was always raid healing.

I was on one of the old Shaman quests for the air totem that gave a huge haste and AP buff. You also got to jump off the mountain the Exodar is embedded in and fly down. I don't know if those quests are still in the game, but they seem to have removed most class-specific ones so I would guess they're not.
