The fact that it isn't in the patch notes scares me, I hope they just forgot to add:

"Jar of Ancient Remedies will no longer do any noise/animation upon application of the Inner Eye buff"

and seriously, they could at least not have the animation when the buff is refreshed. triggering the noise and animation every lifebloom tick is way too much
