The feat isn't being removed of course, those who have it will retain it, however; some of the requirements are, so it will no longer be able to be completed by anyone who has not already done so.

Most recent news about this FoS. I'm still going to get it done before Cata hopefully but sounds like it might still be doable after Cata drops if you have the right reps before they're taken out.

Yeah, It's looking like if you've done the reps that were taken out already, but hadn't done the reps that are still in game, you can still do them and end up getting the FoS.
