Name is Mike, 38 from Houston.
I'm in upper middle IT management for a Fortune 200 company.
I have 2 kids, so between little league and dance, my weekends get filled up.
I'm also just wrapping up an MBA program - graduate in May...thank god
Please describe your previous/current raiding experience.:
Raided in vanilla up to Twins in AQ.
I took a break in TBC and did not raid much at all.
Been raiding in WoTLK...in a 25m guild now.
I've raided Naxx, Uld, ToC, ToGC(10m), ICC 10&25
Do you have an off-spec? How good is your off-spec gear, and are you willing to play it if needed?:
I'm mostly geared, gemmed and enchanted for Holy.
I used to play a lot more disc, so I'm very comfortable playing that spec. I would change gems and spirit gear if I was to play more disc.
I've never seriously played Shadow.
Why are you leaving your current guild (if applicable?):
I've been in my current guild for 8 months. I really liked the people. I still like them. I was healing officer, but stepped down. I'm now a raid leader.
Recently the GM has had issues in RL and been taking it out on the guild, so much so that he kicked some long time members and others have left on their own.
Frankly, he's yelling one minute and telling people they are the best players in the world the next.
Its not falling apart, but there are cracks.
2 other reason
- they don't like to publish a schedule. I understand they don't want people to only show up on farm nights and not progression, but some nights 32 are online and other nights 17 show up. No one knows, so sometimes they get saved to a Ony or VOA pug and the officers get livid.
- they are torn between casual friendly and progression oriented - and sometimes its not making either happy. The progression people get too easily upset, the super casuals don't show up regularly.
Why are you interested in joining Business Time?:
Millya replied to recruiting post and the fact that you do a 10m content really intrigued me.
Frankly I enjoy 10m more than 25...there just aren't that many 10m guilds around.

Why are you recruiting? are there regular open spots? are you looking to keep a moderate sized bench?
What raid comp do you usually run with? 2 healers with a 3rd offspec?
I'd be willing to chat on vent before server transfer.
