Spell reflect rarely works against even heroic bosses. I mainly use it on trash to keep aggro on a caster that's too far. I love spell reflect but it's so limited now (except in PvP) that I don't care if the cooldown is longer.

If I'm not mistaken, at least back when I cared about my warrior, spell reflect was damn near a 20second CD anyways... >.>

It was 30 seconds. And yes, 10 seconds is just fun when duelling mages but otherwise, well...

I love spell reflect, it just doesn't work often enough for me to care.

Doesn't work often enough? O.o worked every time for me ;)

psh @ mages, it was even better against ele shaman with their stupid LB combos, get that up there and nearly gib some with it.
