According to this blue post, Zul'Gurub will be gone in Cataclysm. They haven't said what's going to happen to the mounts, raptor pet, or the polymorph:turtle tome yet.
I've been farming for the mounts on Fsob for a while now. Just wanted to get the word out there to anyone else interested in them.

Did they say why?
Its not like Hakkar is a key lore figure that doesn't work in Cat.

They said it wouldn't be there as a raid.
They were far too specific with the wording... which leads one to believe that it will be turned into something else, possibly a 5man of some sort.
Still doesn't mean the mounts will be there... I did it today, no mount dropped D:
